We prefer to deal with our guests directly and as such incur no agency fees. We therefore aim to offer competitive rates for this standard of holiday accommodation. The current rates are below, if you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday with short breaks (Fri/Mon or Mon/Fri) available off season.
Due to cleaning costs, weekend breaks which depart on a Bank Holiday will incur a supplement of Ł30

We may be able to accommodate a short break during the main holiday season, however these will be at short notice only.

THE SMALL PRINT

Telephone or e-mail bookings to be confirmed with a completed booking form and Ł100 deposit which is non returnable, we therefore recommend holiday insurance. The balance to be paid four weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. (If booking is made within four weeks of the start of the holiday, payment will be required in full. We can accept payment by cash or cheque or if you wish to pay direct into our bank account details can be provided on request.

The price is fully inclusive including all bedding, towels, electricity and heating.

We are unfortunately unable to provide cots, high chairs etc. and therefore the property is best suited to older children and adults. We also regret we are unable to accept pets. Please also note smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and we request you depart by 10.00am on your departure day.

We ask you to take responsibility for your personal possessions (including vehicles) whilst on the premises.

We also ask you to leave the cottage in a tidy condition when you leave and advise us of any breakages or accidents to enable us to deal with them as quickly as possible.
